In addition to my artistic practice I have occasionally collaborated with other artists and used their works as a way to expand my means of communication.
I hold a Master of Curating, Aarhus University, Aarhus, Denmark, 2020
I prefer to put artistic methodologies to work where the social, philosophical and political potential is folded out. I work in a whispering manner, as subtle strategy in order to navigate the political landscape, human psychology and a desire for genuine dialogue. I focus on identity and cultural currency within the areas of social and conceptual art and work with projects in which location and participation is key.
As artistic director of the contemporary programme at Vestjyllands Art Pavilion I have developed and executed socially engaging and conceptual art exhibitions in collaboration with artists with a range of practices supports by the Danish Art Council and importantly consolidated by local partners, 2018-2020.
As Founder, of the platform for participatory and conceptual art, bull mengers I have have dedicated myself to ultra-local curatorial projects in the village, Laven, Denmark where I am also a resident, 2011-2016

Promised Land
Identity, belonging, and the desire to escape to a new world.
Berlin provides a utopian dream, a place in which to enrich existence, a refuge for the nomad artist and non-conformist ideals. The Berlin Office is an empty space born within this seemingly utopian paradise. The Berlin Office is a non-place. Exclusively developed for artists. This nothing space in which the artist resides provides a think tank; a neutral ground in which to impregnate with thoughts, ideas, and feelings.
Organized by Victoria Lucas and Line Sandvad Mengers.
